He is not only an outstanding student, but also engages himself as a school representative (school prefect) for the interests of his classmates at &#8220;Fort Portal Secondary School&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Additionally, David is also volunteering outside of his own school.
